Terms & Conditions

Please read the Terms and Conditions of the Rewards Program carefully before participating, as they contain important information, including limitations of liability.

(1.1) A member must be 18 years of age or above to be eligible to register for the Rewards Program.

(1.2) Corporate clients are not eligible for rewards under this program.

(1.3) National Identity Card (NIC) or Passport and registered mobile number are required at the time of registration.

(1.4) Each individual is permitted to obtain only one Rewards membership.

(1.5) It is the responsibility of the member to ensure that accurate and complete information is provided at the time of registration and during participation in the program.

(1.6) By enrolling for the Rewards Program, members agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

(1.7) By participating in Rewards & using this portal, you agree to the use of your personal information as outlined in the Terms & Conditions.

(1.8) Each member will receive a unique membership number for identification.

(1.9) Continued participation in the Rewards Program constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

(1.10) Your membership cannot be transferred, assigned, or shared with any other person.

(1.11) The rewards program reserves the right to accept or reject any membership application at its sole discretion.

(2.1) Points are earned on eligible purchases only.

(2.2) To earn points, your registered mobile number or Rewards Card must be provided at the time of purchase.

(2.3) Points will be credited to your account within 3 days of an eligible transaction.

(2.4) Points earned will be reversed for the returned or refunded purchases.

(2.5) Purchases of gift vouchers and other designated products of such will not be eligible for points calculations.

(2.6) Points are for personal use only and cannot be earned on commercial or business purchases.

(3.1) Points can be redeemed only after they are credited to your account.

(3.2) Points can only be redeemed at the time of purchase at the participating agent and cannot be exchanged for cash.

(3.3) DAMRO showrooms & Marino Beach Hotel: Earn two points for every one hundred rupees spent on eligible purchases, where one point is equivalent to one rupee. (Rates may vary at the sole discretion of the service provider.)

(3.4) Diliganz Fashion Shops: Earn one point for every one hundred rupees spent on eligible purchases, where one point is equivalent to one rupee. (Rates may vary at the sole discretion of the service provider.)

(3.5) Loyalty points are calculated based on the total bill value.

(3.6) Points cannot be refunded or transferred.

(3.7) Any applicable taxes, service charges, or statutory levies arising from transactions shall be borne by the member.

(4.1) Loyalty points are valid for 5 years from the date of issue.

(4.2) The Rewards Program reserves the right to deduct points credited in error.

(4.3) The Rewards Program reserves the right to correct any system errors, calculation inaccuracies, or technical discrepancies relating to points credited or redeemed.

(4.4) Points may be cancelled if the Rewards Program reasonably believes they were earned fraudulently or through misuse.

(5.1) If your Rewards Card is lost or stolen, you must inform our Customer Service hotline via 033 4 678 678 immediately to block the card.

(6.1) The Rewards Program reserves the right to change, modify, and update these terms and conditions, including point rates, at its sole discretion as deemed necessary.

(6.2) The Rewards Program shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in its performance due to events beyond its reasonable control.

(7.1) The Rewards Program may suspend or terminate membership if these Terms & Conditions are breached or if misuse or fraudulent activity is suspected at its sole discretion.

(7.2) The Rewards Program reserves the right to issue, decline, or withdraw Membership at any time, or to terminate the Loyalty program without prior notice.

(7.3) Members may also choose to end their membership at any time by informing the relevant participating agents.

The Rewards Program collects personal information provided at registration or purchase exclusively to manage and ensure a smooth, personalised experience for members.

Information provided by members is used strictly for transaction processing, point allocation, program updates, and communication about relevant promotions and offers.

The Rewards Program shares information only with authorised partners who are essential to the operation and administration of the rewards program.

Comprehensive security measures are implemented to safeguard member information against unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure.

By maintaining these privacy standards, we ensure the responsible handling of member information, strengthening customer confidence and fostering long-term trust in the program.
